People suffering from autism suffer from poor quality of natural speech resulting in keeping them away from communicating with society like any common person.

There are still studies going on to find the apt reason for the cause of autism. It was proved that Autism is mostly a genetic defect. The recent studies say that protein mutations may have something to do with this brain-related disorder. Another theory proposes that things like increase in rainfall may be the key behind development of autism.
